Our physiotherapist, dietitian and diabetic educator fees — including bulk-billed DVA appointments, GP-referred EPC appointments, and private consultations that need no referral at all.
EPC appointments need a GP referral and attract a Medicare rebate; DVA-referred appointments are bulk billed.

Ask your GP about a Chronic Disease Management (EPC) plan — it unlocks a Medicare rebate on eligible allied health visits.
DVA card holders
Full assessments are bulk billed for DVA gold and white card holders, with a special GP referral (Item D0904).
